311 Announces Summer Unity Tour For 2012 :
The band 311 have announced their sixth annual 'Summer Unity Tour' which is set to kick of tour dates and concerts this July 2012.
The tour will run concert dates from early July through the end of August, making concert & show stops at amphitheaters all across the country.

In previous years, 311 has toured with the likes of The Wailers, Matisyahu, Pepper, The Roots, and Snoop Dogg. This year however, 311 has grabbed Sublime With Rome to join them for the summer long tour. Watch for concerts near you.

Sublime With Rome features original Sublime band members Bud Gaugh and Eric Wilson along with Rome Ramirez.

311 Announces North American Tour for 2012 :
After long demand, we are happy to announce that 311 has announced their first North America 2012 Tour Dates. Keep checking back as more 311 tour dates and 311 concerts are added to the tour schedule.

311 Announces 2012 Tour Dates And Festival Shows :
Rockers 311 have confirmed a full lineup of summer tour dates across the U.S. and South America. Many of the concert shows on the tour trek will include support slots from Sublime with Rome.

The tour kicks off with 311 tour dates on March 30 at the Explanada del Monumental in Lima, Peru and will run all the way through August 26 2012, when they'll hit the Marymoor Theater in Seattle, Washington.

In addition to the long-running tour, 311 has also announced their very own summer festival for this year. The Pow Wow Festival will take place between August 4 and 6 at the Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, Florida. The music fest will include multiple headlining sets by 311 plus a whole host of other bands.

311 Biography
Band Name: 311
Their fusion of reggae and rap-metal was created in Omaha, NE, where singer/guitarist Nick Hexum, DJ/singer S.A. Martinez, guitarist Tim Mahoney, drummer Chad Sexton, and the bassist known only as P-Nut launched the group in 1990. Taking their name from the Omaha Police Department's code for indecent exposure, the quintet began gigging locally and soon moved to Los Angeles, signing with Capricorn Records in 1991. 311 then translated their regional success into national recognition with several key albums, including 1992's Music, 1993's Grassroots, and 1995's eponymous 311 (aka The Blue Album), the latter of which reached number 12 on the album chart, sold three million copies in the U.S., and sported the hit tracks 'All Mixed Up' and 'Down'. .... full 311 biography
